- May 24, 2023 Dr. Brian Cole performed a reverse total replacement of my left shoulder 7 weeks ago. I used pain medication for just three days following surgery. I am now virtually pain free and I am gaining strength and range of motion weekly through physical therapy. I am 83 years old and feared that I was too old for such surgery. I'm glad I had the surgery. Dr. Cole and his team did a fine job and I felt safe throughout the entire process.
